There is a Delta ngl. I liked OMAAT's toolkit aspect for airline service, and certainly crew's - and passenger's - dissatisfaction can be just that toolkit that crew's can't influence.
Improving Shelf Availability With Real-Time Data Boost
I am very excited about this; in Germany there's still very broad assortment fragmentation and this could allow for more product diversity, even by time of the day or day of the week.
